YOGA CLASSES FOR

ROCK CLIMBERS & ATHLETES

every Wednesday at 5:30pm


Flow - Strength & Flexibility

Ideal for training off-days, this 1-hour class will strengthen key muscles in the core, shoulders, back, chest and legs, while also improving flexibility in shoulders, hips and hamstrings. This class is intended to help athletes avoid injuries by improving flexibility and overall range of motion as well as building overall strength and balance.

Yin - ​Increase Flexibility 

Whether it’s a training day or a rest day, this 1-hour class will improve overall range of motion and flexibility in shoulders, chest, back, hips and legs. This class is specifically designed to help athletes avoid injuries caused by strong, tight muscles by relaxing the muscles and increase performance through improved range of motion.

Yoga Basics

Whether it’s a training day or a rest day, this 1-hour class will teach you the basics about yoga. We will focus on proper alignment in key poses necessary to build strength in the core, shoulders, back, chest and legs, while also improving flexibility in shoulders, hips and hamstrings. As with all of Ann's yoga classes this one is intended to help athletes avoid injuries caused by strong tight muscles and to increase performance through improved range of motion.

Yin 

ALL LEVELS
This one-hour, slow-paced, stretching class combines controlled breathing and long pose hold times (one to five minutes). Quiet and highly therapeutic, this yoga practice stimulates the deep, connective tissues of the body. Ideal for all levels, yin improves overall flexibility and muscle health.

Flow 

ALL LEVELS
This one-hour vinyasa practice is suitable for students of all levels—beginner to more advanced. The class focuses on linking breath, movement, and alignment. Modifications are offered throughout the class in order for students to make poses easier or more difficult.

Yin/Yang

ALL LEVELS 
A Yin/Yang practice that combines yang, a slow moving flow with longer holds and finishes with yin, seated or reclined stretching postures. This yoga practice is ideal for new practitioners or athletes who want to improve flexibility.
